Description of problem:
Segmentation fault error while running glance index
    $> glance index
       Segmentation fault
    $> cat /var/log/messages
Oct 17 20:59:06 server1 kernel: [  579.105915] glance[1472]: segfault at 0 ip 00932950 sp bfed1078 error 4 in libc-2.14.90.so[7ed000+1a7000]

I'm going to mark it as a duplicate of bug #746771 - I'm 90% certain it's the same underlying glibc issue
