Created attachment 529288 [details] RHEL 6.1 system crash 3 - serial output. I’ve attempted the crash three times, and twice it failed to dump and reboot successfully. You’ll see in serial_output2 the data copy and reboot was successful. In serial_output3, it wasn’t.

Hi Ryan, it looks like the debug kernel wasn't installed from the 6.2 output? crash: /usr/lib/debug/lib/modules/2.6.32-202.el6.x86_64/vmlinux: No such file or directory
