Created attachment 529761 [details] The first word is hidden bellow gnone-shell's panel Description of problem: When using i.e. spell-checker auto-correction, the popup windows opened on the screen doesn't know about top screen title panel - and thus the 'most interested' suggest word for replacement gets hidden there. Workaround it to keep the ff window always fully visible below the panel (with few pixellines left) since popup may reach couple lines about whole ff decorated window - but I think a better way could be found. I'm not really sure who should fix the problem here - whether gnome-shell window manger should place this popup window in a smarter way - or if firefox is enforcing position aligned and may open the popup window 32? lines lower. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): firefox-7.0.1-1.fc17.x86_64 How reproducible: See the attached pictures Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Get suggested keyword always visible Additional info:

I guess it's for gnome team.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'. (As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.) More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping/Fedora19
This issue was filed against an older version of Fedora. Are you still experiencing this issue on Fedora 21? Feel free to reopen this issue if you are still hitting it -- I could not recreate the issue on Fedora 21.
