Description of problem: Incorrect reporting of GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE prevents running of gnome-shell when the hardware is actually capable of performing well. This has been addressed upstream, but would be nice to have this in F16. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42168 http://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/commit/?id=fc8196f7a6a77e1a1c753393ca43c4c133449608
Proposing as NTH, it would be good to fix this for final, it affects live boots.
