Simple reproducer

Description of problem:
If I explicitly declare entry point that is not used in any rule it's not possible to get it from session.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BRMS-5.3.0.dev4

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run attached class
  
Actual results:
No UnusedEntryPoint found!
Finished...

Expected results:
Finished...

    New Contents:
When an entry point was explicitly declared, but not used in a rule the entry would be unavailable. This issue has been resolved and declared but unused entry points are now available.
