The fixes for this went into the 2.6.33 and 2.6.38 kernels.  F15-rawhide are fixed.

F14 is likely missing:

tcp: fix inet_twsk_deschedule()

That last patch fixes a lockdep warning and I don't think we need to worry about it. We have the fixes in F14.
