Description of problem:
Synapse 0.2.8.1 is out, but the last version packaged for Fedora is 0.2.6 (which, according to Koji, doesn't build on Rawhide)

Do you mind if I register Synapse with our Upstream Release Monitoring tracker? That way release notifications are automatically generated

I thought that synapse was forgoten... It froze in 0.2.6 for a long while...
