Currently the processor outputs messages like:

ERROR: Line 8: Invalid Topic! Existing topic title doesn't match.
       -> Management APIs [4740]

What we need here is the title from the database as well. Then it becomes a complete solution. I can just cut and paste from the error message to update my Content spec and re-run.

So it will become:

ERROR: Line 8: Specification doesn't match existing topic title
       Specified: Management APIs [4740]
       Topic 4740: Management Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
