Description of problem:
return code of the `repo list` on non existing product is 0 (zero) right now which is wrong - as it is a fail scenario.

1. request repo list on non-existing product

return code is 0

some non-zero return code

The fixed repo list returns os.EX_DATAERR -> 65 on exit
