Description of problem:
I login KDE via KDM. For visual consistency, Oxygen-gtk is selected
for gtk applications. I find this is defined in ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4. 
But ibus still displays in native gtk theme, because it is started 
earlier than the environment variable GTK2_RC_FILES is set by kde.
