I think that I may be getting the same bug, Lenovo ThinkPad T520.  Wireless fails to work

I unload my iwagn module , reload it, seems to work again for a while..

Probably the same bug... I have other things i need to work on before i chase this down though.

You can try this kernel:

it contains 2 patches for bug 731365, which help with some instances of  rate_control_send_low WARNING, but some others are still unresolved.

Note you can install it on fedora 16 using either "rpm -ivh --oldpackag" or 
or "rpm -ivh --force"
