This will be fixed in the next update of fedpkg.

With current fedpkg and fedora-packager on fedora 16 there is no /usr/libexec/fedpkg-fixbranches script. When trying to add it from older versions, missing pyfedpkg file is reported.

Package fedpkg-1.6-1.fc16, rpkg-1.10-1.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing fedpkg-1.6-1.fc16 rpkg-1.10-1.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
