Description of problem: I have a pdf that has a link to a ftp:// URL. When I click on it I see a red message like "Unable to open external link. The specified location is not mounted". Hi Enrique, the problem here is that there is no default application for handling ftp uris installed. This issue is being discussed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=469169.
