Hmm, reported in May, no response from the software author and no extant patches. Not encouraging. Upstream bug: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=68298 I see no other discussion about this issue and could turn up no useful patches from other distros. At least the upstream bug has a clear explanation of what's busted.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'.
