Description of problem:

Due to a dependency on matahari-devel which does not seem to be shipping, libvirt-qmf cannot be rebuilt from a source rpm.

This bug is dependent on bug # 703307 which is targeted for 6.3, since it has a further dependency on qpid-cpp package splitting out qpid-common-devel package.  So moving this to 6.3

This request was erroneously removed from consideration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4, which is currently under development.  This request will be evaluated for inclusion in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4.
