Description of problem:
There seems wrong-defined postgres query on requesting organizations filtering from the "katello/organizations" page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
current latest: katello-0.1.101-1.git.6.83ea7cf.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
always on org page

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to "katello/organizations" page
2.enter some value "F15" for filtering organizations
3.enjoy the red alert notification box
  
Actual results:
PGError

Expected results:
No exception, orgs should get filtered by given value
