Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: To see problematic letter do following steps: 1. Set Polish language in KDE 2. KDE system settings->Account Details->Paths Actual results: Polish "ż" letter is displayed as "z" letter with vertical line across whole letter. Expected results: Polish "ż" letter should be displayed as "z" letter with central dot above it. Additional info: 1) This is regression which has started in Fedora 15. 2) To work it around I can set Liberation fonts (instead of defaults) to display letters in KDE settings. 3) All installed fonts in font viewer look correctly
This bug has been fixed in DejaVu, but the fix hasn't been made available in a proper release yet. You can for now use the latest snapshot available at http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ Ben
