This is a dupe, Brad should already fix this.
Should be fixed in katello-0.1.106-1. Let me verify this.

81e12cce94e4fdc082a3e668f456818af1cdccbe Should also help this a bit, if the proxy host is not set (nil), we won't try to parse it. If it is set and invalid, we will throw an error and keep going. -Justin
