OK verified this issue on F16. rubygem-compass >= 0.11.0 introduced a dependency on rubygem-chunky_png (the version in fedora should suffice) as well as on rubygem-fssm >= 0.2.7. Fedora 15 ships w/ rubygem-compass = 0.10.6 which does not have these dependencies, so we are all set there. So besides adding the rubygem-chunky_png dependency to rubygem-compass rubygem-fssm will need to be updated in Fedora 16 and that dependency will need to be represented in rubygem-compass as well (added a blocker to this bug)
OK, imported the updated package into rawhide and built. Waiting on updated fssm to be pushed to stable on F16 before pushing the updated compass there as well (should be eligible in the next day or two)
