Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

Currently the only way to set a users default environment is via the All users edit page.  This requires a user to be able to edit all users.

Ideally a user could set his own default to something he has access to already.
