Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a product/repo and sync it (I used EPEL)

Actual results:
When the repo is done syncing, the product-level progress bar continues to empty and fill at seemingly random intervals.  I'd say on average it changes every 5 seconds, going from full to empty, and smoothly progressing up to full in about 1 second.

I say the repo is "done syncing" but what I mean is the progress bar had slowly reached full.  After it hit what appeared to be "full", the ajax calls were still returning "running", although the progress object was {left=0, progress=100, count=6562}

Expected results:
After sync is complete, progress bar disappears and Result says "Sync Complete".  Ajax calls should either cease or become far less frequent when no syncs are running.
