Problem with russian man mplayer/mencoder

How reproducible:
Открываю в gnome-terminal  `man mplayer`
и получаю вот неприглядную картинку http://itmages.ru/image/view/336118/951eade3

/usr/share/man/ru/man1/mplayer.1.gz file is from RPM Fusion mplayer-common package.
So this can't be fixed in Fedora.
