Description of problem:
2x now, i created a vm. installed then wanted to boot from iso. however, after shutting down the vm and attempting to add the iso to the cdrom. the "browse" button doesnt do anything. 
restarting virt-manager doesnt work either. i have to create a new cdrom device with the iso to get it to

on second thoughts, the browse button is probably not working

Please provide the output of virt-manager --debug when reproducing this issue.

There is actually another bug tracking this issue. Duping to that.

Are you guys using gnome shell or something else? Please follow up in the duped bug
