mashup exception

Description of problem:
The requested resource (/ext/software/JBoss_Operations_Network/portlet) is not available.exception on default dashboard "mashup" URL.

SmartGWT Version: 2.4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install JON 3.0.0 CR2-2
2.Logon as rhqadmin
3.look "mashup" on dashboard
  
Actual results:
throws resource unavailable exception.

Expected results:
Should not throw exception

This issue is related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=737141. 

The new portlet page was supposed to go live on 11/19 and has not. It is being investigated.

setting priority to urgent and putting on the sprint #9 blocking issues list

The issues with the external server have been resolved.  See 737141 for more details. Moving this to ON_QA for CR2. As the default links for CR2 should now work as advertised.
