Thank you for your bugreport and willing make free software better! Reported upstream by mail. We close bug now, as it related to upstream developing. But we continue track changes and whatever it will be fixed ve consider make update in Fedora.

Offtopic: May be you know how to use F16 with gnome 2.x? If so, it will be much easier to type "yum fotoxx update".
It is not on yandex or other mirrors because updates does not reach mirrors yet. It will be there and on each others soon. You will be able do yum update fotoxx then. IT all, nothing more needed.
