Description of problem:

kk activation_key create --name ak1 --environment Locker
subscription-manager register --activationkey=ak1 --force --org ACME-Corporation
Network error. Please check the connection details, or see /var/log/rhsm/rhsm.log for more information.

In the lock file (katello):

ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid
environment: Cannot register a system with 'Locker' environment

Expected results:

Nice error in the RHSM.

Default environment 'Locker' was renamed to 'Library' and Katello no longer allows creation of activation_key for environment 'Library'. Second step in subscription-manager is not reproducible. The Bug has been fixed elsewhere.

QA Verified that we now have a nice error when trying to register to Library:

Validation failed: Environment Cannot register a system with 'Library' environment
