Description Jaroslav Škarvada 2011-11-23 12:35:44 UTC
Description of problem:
Currently only one --initscript can be specified in alternatives (if more than one is specified, the last one is used). There are services that use more than one initscript, thus it would be worth to handle it as array. Encountered with sendmail (see bug 756232).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
chkconfig-1.3.56-1.fc17

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use --initscript more than once

Actual results:
Only the last initscript is handled.

Expected results:
Multiple initscripts are handled.

Additional info:
I will try to provide patch later.

Comment 1 Fedora Admin XMLRPC Client 2012-10-18 20:01:51 UTC
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

Comment 3 Fedora End Of Life 2013-04-03 19:31:33 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)

More information and reason for this action is here:

Comment 4 Lukáš Nykrýn 2013-04-12 12:41:49 UTC
I will close this as wontfix. Currently it is more nicer to achieve similar behavior with systemd dependencies and 'also' stanza.
