Description of problem: The documentation says that deleteResource method of PyQt4.QtNetwork.QNetworkAccessManager class is available since QT 4.6: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/latest/qnetworkaccessmanager.html#deleteResource but it is not exposed to PyQt4 (see below) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): qt-4.6.2-20.el6.x86_64 PyQt4-4.6.2-8.el6.x86_64 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. run this in command line (adapted from recent Picard): cat << EOF | python /dev/stdin from PyQt4 import QtNetwork, QtCore, QtXml class XmlWebService(QtCore.QObject): def __init__(self, parent=None): QtCore.QObject.__init__(self, parent) self.manager = QtNetwork.QNetworkAccessManager() self._request_methods = { "GET": self.manager.get, "POST": self.manager.post, "PUT": self.manager.put, "DELETE": self.manager.deleteResource } class Tagger: self.xmlws = XmlWebService() EOF Actual results: Exception thrown: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/dev/stdin", line 15, in <module> File "/dev/stdin", line 16, in Tagger File "/dev/stdin", line 12, in __init__ AttributeError: 'QNetworkAccessManager' object has no attribute 'deleteResource' Expected results: no exception thrown Additional info:
