Description of problem: I have observed CUPS Browsing to fail due to the nfs-lock.service unit (specifically rpc.statd) grabbing UDP port 631 before cups.service gets a chance to bind to it. TCP port 631 is protected from this by being bound by systemd via cups.socket. The UDP port should be given the same protection. cupsd will need modification to accept sockets from systemd for CUPS Browsing. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cups-1.5.0-22.fc16.x86_64
