This package actually depends on mplayer, vlc *or* totem. Firstly you can't force users to install all these players with this package, whereas only one of them should be required. Moreover mplayer and vlc are not in the Fedora repositories. At last, Orange streams require nonfree codecs, not provided by Fedora: this program cannot work without them.
For all these reasons, this package should not be part of the Fedora repos. You'd better submit it to some third-party repository.
