Description of problem:

Create a new image, select upload file but don't select a file and you get this error message:
    * XML is not valid:
    * Expecting an element os, got nothing
    * Invalid sequence in interleave
    * Element template failed to validate content
    * Name is not set.

Really, we just need to check that a file was selected.

Not selecting any file to upload now says :
"You must specify the template XML file "
