The availability zone is published as EC2AvailabilityZone. Verified on RHEL5.7/6.2, i386/x86_64 (submitters) with EC2/basic and EC2/Enhanced jobs. condor-7.6.5-0.12 condor-ec2-enhanced-hooks-1.3.0-1
