Hi, I'm currently trying to rebuild eruby for Ruby 1.9.3 and it seems to have lot of errors. Could you possibly try to update to the latest commit, which also incorporates fixes for Ruby 1.9? On the other hand this package seems not to be used nor it is maintained by upstream. I think it could be deprecated and we should stick with erubis (no other packages are using eruby, anyway). What do you think?
Sure. I'm not a big fan of it nor using it. looking around bug activity, there may be not too much users around it in Fedora and I'm not that keen to keep it in Fedora if it prevents moving 1.9 transition.
Hi, we have already transferred to Ruby 1.9.3 and eruby is therefore a broken dependency - any plans on what to do with it? I would recommend deprecating it.
