Description of problem:

Adding an underscore to a vendor name to represent a space will results in a 404 instead of the expected list of certs.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to hardware.redhat.com/Hewlett_Packard
  
Actual results:
receive 404

Expected results:
The correct list of HP certs.
