need to implement below commands:


* gluster volume log filename <VOLNAME> [BRICK] <PATH>
* gluster volume log locate <VOLNAME> [BRICK]
* gluster volume log rotate <VOLNAME> [BRICK]
* gluster volume set-log-level <VOLNAME> [BRICK] <LOGLEVEL>

Implemented commands other than 

* gluster volume set-log-level <VOLNAME> [BRICK] <LOGLEVEL>
