Screenshots attached, steps to repro are:
 
On first login, click settings (to change the password)
After inputting the password, you are redirected to the servers tab (platform_settings_bug_stage1.png)
Click on settings again
Click on  ‘Edit’ under Admin Profile
Input password and new password
Error message pops up (platform_settings_bug_stage2.png)
