Description of problem:

recreate:
1. import an ec2 ami via aeolus-cli
2. create a deployable xml file by hand..
3. add a new catalog entry w/ the imported ec2 ami and the deployable created in #2
4. you get to the image window/page.. and it is displayed as "not pushed" for ec2
