1. Create a catalog
2. Create a catalog Entry
3. Click on catalog entry , Users at the bottom 
4. select admin and click in "grant Access" to "deployable user" Or "deployable Owner " 
5. Message displayed : No route matches {:viewstate=>nil, :controller=>"deployables"}
