Description of problem:

When attempting to promote 4 products and a system template, the system template is listed under the "Full Products" section of the promotion user-interface (see attached screenshot).

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import manifest w/ official RHT subscriptions+repos
2. Enable RHEL6.1 RPMS
3. Create a custom provider with 3 products: SystemEngine, CloudEngine and Common (each with one or more repositories)
4. Create a system template that includes all of the above
5. Create a new non-Locker environment
6. Attempt to promote the 3 custom provider products, the RHEL61 distro *and* the system template

Actual results:

See screenshot attached.  THe system template (created in step#4) is listed under "Full Products" in the promotion user-interface

Expected results:

In the promotion user-interface, "Full Products" should only list products.  Also, "System Templates" should only list system templates.
