Description of Problem: Contrary to available documentation mozilla 1.0.1 in Preferences editor shows only a blank window for "Helper Applications". Therefore it is impossible to find out what mime types are available, which applications are handling it and attempts to override these "in blind" also fail (setting are ignored and built-in helpers are used regardless). As there is also no text file one could try to edit then user is left high and dry.
