Spec URL: http://jjames.fedorapeople.org/why3/why3.spec SRPM URL: http://jjames.fedorapeople.org/why3/why3-0.71-1.fc16.src.rpm Description: Why3 is the next generation of the Why software verification platform. Why3 clearly separates the purely logical specification part from generation of verification conditions for programs. It features a rich library of proof task transformations that can be chained to produce a suitable input for a large set of theorem provers, including SMT solvers, TPTP provers, as well as interactive proof assistants. Fedora note: while why3 is the eventual successor to the existing why package, right now both are needed. The current version of why can be used by itself, but if why3 is also installed, some of its more powerful reasoning features can be used. On the flip side, why3 isn't yet complete. Upstream recommends that the two versions be used side by side for now.

Fix if possbile, examine at least. - package meets naming guidelines - package meets packaging guidelines - license ( LGPLv2 with exceptions ) OK, text in %doc, matches source - spec file legible, in am. english - source matches upstream - package compiles on devel (x86_64) - no missing BR Mock rawhide build fails, missing BuildRequires on sqlite-devel. After that it's fine. - no unnecessary BR - no locales - not relocatable - owns all directories that it creates - no duplicate files - permissions ok - %clean ok - macro use consistent - code, not content - no need for -docs - nothing in %doc affects runtime - no need for .desktop file Comment on why debuginfo is disabled, or enable it.
Ping?
Sorry, I was out of town for a little over a week. I thought I'd do some package work in the evenings, but kept getting back to my room quite late and very tired. Here's a new build that I believe fixes all of the issues noted above, including the addition of some man pages.
