2. create a deployable def, in this definition use a hwp that does not exist in
the system
3. Go to Monitor Page and click on the catalog link 
"undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass "

I have discovered another bug in displaying assemblies for deployment during writing test for this bug.

When there are two assemblies defined in deployable xml document with the same image id the launch from catalog page will show the first assembly twice.

There some bad code in the view - consulted with jprovazn.

I will work on this too. I will post solution soon.
