Description of problem:
rkhunter started saying Warning: Hidden directory found: /etc/.java with recent openjdk update.

1.install java-1.6.0-openjdk.x86_64 1:1.6.0.0-61.1.10.4.fc15

2.let rkhunter run its daily job

So this java update is in f15 now. ;( Ok. 

Will look at pushing an update soon. Thanks for the bug report.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing rkhunter-1.3.8-12.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
