Description of problem:
The ppp-2.4.5-eaptls-mppe-0.99.patch patch is bogus.

The attached patch fixes compiling pppd without USE_EAPTLS:

auth.c: In function ‘auth_reset’:
auth.c:1403:6: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘;’ token
