This is fixed in linux-next. I'll backport the patch across all 3 branches.
Fixed in Fedora git. Will be in the next F16 kernel update.
kernel-3.1.7-1.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
