Description of problem:
All users should be able to visit their own admin page (where they can see roles, etc.)

Steps to Reproduce:

As admin...
Make a new org, "Home Depot"
Make a new user, "hammer"
Make a new "all" role for Home Depot and add user hammer to it

As hammer...
Login
Click user name in upper right of UI
  
Actual results:
Error
Missing template users/items with {:locale=>[:en, :en], :handlers=>[:haml, :erb, :builder, :rjs, :rhtml, :rxml], :formats=>[:html, :text, :js, :css, :ics, :csv, :xml, :rss, :atom, :yaml, :multipart_form, :url_encoded_form, :json, :svg, :tdl, :pdf]} in view paths "/home/tomckay/code/katello/src/app/views"


Expected results:
Visit hammer's user page

    + For a user unable to read any users the users page was not reachable

Verified in following katello build:

[root@dhcp201-214 ~]# rpm -qa | grep katello-0
katello-0.1.167-1.el6.noarch

Now the reported issue has been fixed with this build. Now user can view their details. Please see the attachment in next comments.
