This is the issue in the latest katello build ( 0-1-167). I tested earlier in build 0-1-161 the view was perfectly fine. Installed Packages were listed on UI.
This issue appears to be related to candlepin bug 767265 and appears to be resolved in subscription-manager-0.99.4-1. See bug 767265 for details. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 767265 ***
