Description of problem: There is still no classical GNOME 2.x like menu like in %description after installing gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu, logging out and logging in again into GNOME. The GNOME is running German locale. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu-3.2.3-1.fc16.noarch How reproducible: Everytime, see above and below. Actual results: No menu after installing gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu Expected results: Classical GNOME 2.x like menu like in good old times - thus working.
Same issue with gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu-3.2.3-2.fc16.noarch.
Well...it finally brings some menu. But it has less to do with a classical GNOME 2.x menu as advertised. It feels more like a KDE menu. Can I please get a real GNOME 2.x menu or can the %description please get updated? Thanks!

May you please fix %description, "Adds a KDE style menu for applications" for the next commit? Everything else is IMHO a lie, sorry.

This is how upstream describes this extension: http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-shell-extensions/tree/extensions/apps-menu/metadata.json.in If you think it's not good/precise enough, you should report it to GNOME Bugzilla.
