Description of problem:
IF you go into a view, click to start highlighting, drag the mouse, and the
window scrolls, Eclipse will hang. The window "viewport" has to move to crash.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click left mouse button to highlight
2.Drag mouse button over text
3. Keeping dragging, and cause the highlight to cause the window to scroll
4. Eclipse will crash
	

Actual Results:  Eclipse will hard lock, requiring a sig 9 to kill

Expected Results:  Text should have been highlighted, and window should have
scrolled with the highlight
