Exception TypeError messages in syslog.

Description of problem: I am constantly seeing messages like "Exception TypeError: "'NoneType' object is not callable" in <function _removeHandlerRef at 0x9dae64c> ignored" in the system messages log.

I've been trying to fix this myself but I cannot find what is causing these messages all the time.
